Walk It Out, Sis: A Feel-Good Walking Playlist for Women Over 50

Hey sis,

Let me ask you something—when was the last time you turned on some good music, laced up your sneakers, and just walked it out?

Not for a step count. Not for anyone else. But for you, your peace, joy, rhythm, and glow?

I’ve learned that walking has become my moving meditation. It's where I breathe deep, talk to God, stretch my legs, and remind myself that even one step is progress. But let’s be real, a walk without music? That’s like grits without butter. It just doesn’t hit the same.

So I created a playlist just for us—my mature, melanin-rich sisters who are still vibrant, radiant, and ready to move. It’s soulful, it’s energizing, and most of all—it’ll make you strut with confidence and grace.


My “Walk It Out, Sis” Playlist

Warm-Up (Set Your Intention – 5-10 mins)
Start with something soft and soothing to get your breath flowing and your mind right:

Power Stride (Get in the Zone – 20-30 mins)
