Digestive and Immune boosting Tea




Take a break from the over-the-counter cold and flu medicines and pharmaceuticals to help you boost a healthy immune system and look more toward a holistic solution.
This tea option of turmeric and ginger is ideal and tasty that is when you add a little bit of a sweetener that stevia or honey as you can see in my picture I've added keto honey but please feel free to go with nothing or to sweeten your beverage with a sweetener that's to your liking. 

My daughter and I adopted this tea option several Winters ago when we were plagued with covid-19. This was a way that we could help our immune system stay strong in the midst of all of the sicknesses that we were surrounded by
